A suggestion for cooperation: A practical Datahack program helping experienced women in tech return from maternity leave with current AI capabilities, confidence, and visible workplace impact.
Datahack is preparing an Israel Innovation Authority HALAD 2026 proposal for four cohorts of experienced high-tech women in or shortly after maternity leave. The program combines practical GenAI training, guided workplace projects, mentoring, and return-to-work support.
Lightricks is a natural industry partner at the intersection of applied AI, creative product engineering, and real-world adoption by professional teams.
The Need
Maternity leave can create a fast-moving skills and confidence gap as GenAI reshapes product, engineering, data, and creative workflows.
